Yes! We provide rapid testing with same-day or 24-hour turnaround. If lab confirmation is required, results may take 1–3 business days.

2. Are you DOT-compliant?

Yes. We are an official DOT-compliant collection site, meeting all Department of Transportation (49 CFR Part 40) requirements.

3. What if I don’t see a time that works on your booking site?

We offer flexible scheduling. If you don’t see a time that works, please call us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

4.Do I need an appointment or are walk-ins accepted?

Appointments are preferred to ensure fast service. However, walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability.

5. What do I need to bring for drug testing?

A valid photo ID is required for all drug and alcohol testing.

For DOT testing, you may also need your employer’s authorization form.
For Non-DOT testing, bring any paperwork from your employer, attorney, or court (if required).

6. Do you provide court-ordered testing?

Yes. We provide court-ordered drug and alcohol testing with same-day or next-day results. Lab confirmations are available when needed.

7. Do you notarize legal and loan documents?

Yes. We provide general notarizations, affidavits, powers of attorney, and loan signings. Both in-office and mobile notary services are available.

8. How do I schedule fingerprinting, background checks, or I-9 verification?

We are an official Fieldprint partner site. All fingerprinting, background checks, and I-9 verification must be scheduled directly on the Fieldprint website. You’ll receive confirmation with instructions on what documents to bring.

9. Do you work with employers for workplace testing?

Yes. We partner with employers to provide pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing programs for both DOT and Non-DOT workplaces.
